Rachel's Challenge program coming to Frontier on Tuesday, October 4. There will be 2 assemblies during the day for middle school and high school and a parent/community presentation that evening at 7 PM in the auditorium./n Rachel Scott was the first person killed at Columbine High School on April 20, 1999.
